The Philip Hayden Foundation, doing business as Shepherd’s Field Children’s Village, is a registered 501(c)3 organization in the United States. This means that financial donations are tax-deductible in the U.S., following the guidelines of the IRS for charitable organizations. Donors receive an email acknowledgment receipt after each online charitable donation, and a year-end summary is provided to all contributors. We are a registered charity with GuideStar. Donor privacy is important to us, and we protect against unauthorized use of our donor lists. We do not share our donors’ personal contact information with any other organizations for purposes of solicitation. Your personal information, such as names, mailing addresses, and email addresses are only for the purpose of donor acknowledgment and/or when this information has been voluntarily provided to join our mailing list or receive updates on a particular program.
Visitors to our website remain anonymous, and do not need to reveal any personal information. However, this information is occasionally requested, such as when a visitor requests more information about a topic, or voluntarily opts in to receive our newsletter. All online credit card transactions are processed through a secure server. Personal information will be requested when making an online donation to PHF so that the gift may be properly processed and the donor thanked.
