Meet Emma. Emma is a two-and-a-half-year-old girl in Mexico with an enlarged liver, probably caused by liver cancer. During the first week of March, her first two liver biopsies were performed. After the biopsies, she received eight chemotherapy treatments. Your donations to the PHF medical fund provided lifesaving medical care for Emma. After the first eight treatments, the tumor size was significantly smaller. She will receive more chemotherapy with the hope that the tumor will be even smaller. If it is small enough, the tumor will be surgically removed, and she will not need a liver transplant. Please keep praying for this little girl and her family.
