For over 25 years, The Philip Hayden Foundation has come alongside orphanages and charities in China to help provide for orphans. As the resources for orphans have grown, especially in urban areas, the needs have also changed. In China, as well as other countries in Asia, the focus is now on at-risk children – those whose parents are unable to care for their children because of disability, illness, or other reasons.
